Frequently Asked Questions
The time it takes to get a wedding gown can take as little as 8 weeks and depends upon
the style and customizations you desire. We will always try to get you the gown of your
dreams as soon as possible and we have a variety of shipping options for you. For
formal and bridesmaids gowns it can take 14 weeks however, some styles are
considered “quick ship” and can arrive as soon as 6-10 days. For custom suits there is
an estimated 3 turn around, but this too can take less time depending upon your needs.
For tux & suit rentals we recommend at least 3 weeks to make sure the inventory is
available. We do recommend that you do your best to plan ahead and give yourself
plenty of time to get your order placed.
Being that we are a luxury – exclusive boutique, we do NOT under any circumstances
allow for returns, exchanges, or refunds. We do a 3-point check to make sure your order
is exactly what you want so that it fits the first time, the right way and you look your
absolute best.
The time and cost for alterations can vary and we recommend giving yourself at least 30
days to complete any outside alteration. We have many professionals that we can
recommend you use and will provide you with a list when you pick up your garment.
With our custom bridal & suit designers we have option to order your garment with
custom measurements so that it fits you upon arrival.
We do everything we can to stay competitive and within your budget. For our formal
gown and suit rental line, we offer group order discounts of 5 or more garments. We
also have private shopping events and sales throughout the year to pass along
discounts on selected styles. Please ask in store at your appointment.
When gown shopping you will want to have an idea of your budget and please be
honest with us about that. We never want you to make a purchase that is not exactly
what you want.
Upon looking at dresses you may hear or notice that we bring you samples to try on that
are larger than the clothes you wear every day. This is because formal gowns are as
much as 3 sizes up from the size you wear. This is not to offend you; it is just the reality
of formal wear sizing.
We ask that you bring in a heel height shoe that you will be wearing on the event
day (this does not have to be the exact shoe, but it will help us if you request custom
measurements).
Please avoid sunless tanner 1 week before your appointment as it can rub off onto the
fabric and stain the garments.
