Silver Key

Custom Pricing Available

This package offers you just the right support to get you and your guests ready for the celebration. We will do all the work to set up and clean up the event so that you can be present with the ones most important to you.

Make arrangements to pick up or have delivered, all décor and supplies prior to the event
Create a custom room map of your venue or your home with details of table placement and room flow
Arrive with support staff up to 3 hours prior to the start of your event complete the room set up and decorating, including food and beverage set up
Return after the event ends to breakdown all decorations, pack gifts and personal belongings so that you can just reminisce on all the fun you just had

Gold Key

This package offers you additional support before and throughout the event and includes everything in the Silver Key package as well as the following

Review all contracts of vendors hired for your event
Contact all vendors to introduce KENW as point of contact
Attend the final site visit with the family & friends at venue or private residence to coordinate all the final planning details
Create a custom event schedule to highlight the times and details of your event and all contacts involved
Manage the check in, set up and event transitions of all hired event professionals
Complete setup and breakdown of all tables, chairs, décor and personal belongings

Platinum Key

This package is a First-Class option for your event. We will walk you through the entire planning process from ideas to execution. It includes all the duties of the Silver & Gold Key Package, plus the following

Recommend, negotiate, and hire the perfect event professionals for your event, categories include venue, food and beverage, entertainment, style of decoration and them, rentals, flowers, and photo/ video production – offer unique ideas to create an extraordinary celebration
Guide in creating the perfect menu that reflects your personal style or the guest of honor’s favorites
Negotiate and sign all contracts for event professionals and manage their arrival times, setup details and be their point of contact
Provide a detailed timeline and floor plan to all professionals involved in your event and coordinate placement of their services, event transitions and special activities as they apply
