Happy 5 years in Business!

Last night’s event was a blast. I wish I had pictures to share but for now I just want to rave about it because it was so much fun!
It was for a News network company, their 5 year birthday to celebrate all the business owners and community members that have supported them. I served stuffed mini bell peppers with sweet Italian sausage, Gorgonzola stuffed mushroom caps, mini caprice skewers, mini quiche and a fresh fruit salad. We got a huge cake from Safeway (service and quality was amazing!) and gave out mini boxes of truffles with tiny silver “thank you” charms. The guests were a delight and the atmosphere was spectacular, And…..at the end of the night, the hostess got to relax because we took care of all the clean-up!
